The same solution runs in our studio every day. Incoming e-mails are sorted around the clock, offers are produced as PDFs in our design, and everything that needs a decision comes to us as a card. In the morning we get an overview of the day’s work, and in the evening a summary.

The solution prepares, you decide. No e-mail, offer or invoice goes to a customer without a person pressing the button. Everything that needs a decision appears as a card where you can approve, correct or reject it.

Rules you teach it once — for example “address customers by first name” or “always include a deadline in the offer” — apply to all drafts from then on.

The solution makes a draft, not a decision. Every e-mail, offer and invoice reaches the customer only after a person has approved it, so a mistake can be corrected before sending.

Who sees our data?

Your company, and us during setup. Before we start, we agree in writing which data the solution processes, where it is stored and which services are used for it.

What access do you need?

Usually access to the company mailbox and, if needed, to your invoicing software. We never ask for passwords by e-mail — we set up access together with you.

Do we have to replace our software?

The aim is to work with the software you already use. If something cannot be connected, we tell you honestly already during the process audit.
